What is the State Investigation Office that the VV and LDK are trying to open?

Gashi at the Electoral Analysis said the good of this office is her depolitical post.

However, justice affairs connoisseur Ehat Miftaraj in a conversation about Periscope that the establishment of this office should take place after the institutional and legal revision of mechanisms that have mandated fighting corruption and organised crime.
