Infancy cancer is discovered in time, not in the final phase

The awareness of women and the entire society for breast cancer prevention has been the theme of the table discussion held today in Rahovec.

This table is organised in the context of the day for awareness of fighting breast cancer.

Representatives of the informal group of women of the Municipal Assembly in Rahovec, Besmire Bytyci said they have organised this activity in order for women to become aware of the risk of breast cancer.

We thought it was necessary to talk to women, girls. To show you the precautionary measures, to show signs of how it comes to forming breast cancer and how women can do it under house conditions”, she said.

Bytyci said they were supported by the Rahovec municipality for all organisation and the Health Directorate.

And the director of the organisation “Harreja”, Adelina palaarizi, said that through such activities women's awareness of the risk of breast cancer is targeted.

It's a very good initiative because by organizing such things we also make awareness and awareness of population prevention of this disease. The awareness of women in order to encourage them to go to the doctor or to do self - control and to discover sicknesses over time so that they do not come to the last stage, where they can find death. Organizing such activities is a salvation for all women”, she said.

Meanwhile, “manager SHL Kosova”, Vjollca Gurgule said such activities should be organised more.

It would take around the year, all the time to have sensibilization, to have different campaigns, to conscious citizens, women, young and old. May they also have a word from the institution, and perhaps from the organizations. I agree that it is very small that has been done perhaps this week, but at least it has been a good initiative, it has been a model perhaps even for other municipalities”, she said.
