Fuck them. Prosecutor's Basis for Serbian List Declare

International law professor Gigan Qorrolli has said the Kosovo State Prosecutorship has sufficient grounds to demand that the Serb List be declared no constitutional party.

In a post on the social network Facebook, Qorrolli has said that Kosovo's “state has the official report of international observers for the 6 October elections, which says clearly that Kosovo Serbs have been intimated, blackmailed and threatened in order to give their vote to a certain political party, in this case List Srpska”.

He has said that the state's “Procurory has sufficient judicial grounds to initiate criminal investigation into the illegal security of these votes and, in the case of today's poisoning of the CEC EC, to seek with the competent court to declare as unconstitutional of this political party”.
