“Europe has delivered a message of weakness in terms of keeping promises, but Albania has no other way than what it has been pursuing so far, that of full EU integration”, Cteon said.

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama stressed the Albanian community in Italy.
“I think that the social security issue for a large number of Albanian contributors to the Italian state should also be considered. We've had good co-operation in this context. We will increase efforts to reach this agreement that has great significance for the economy and the dignity of these peoples, but also for the traditional friendship of these two countries”, the Albanian prime minister stressed.
“We have established a permanent bilateral economic commission that will have the dual goal of identifying opportunities for the development of our companies and review the disputes between Italian companies and Albanian administration”, Ctete said in a joint statement with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
“It is still time to resolve the political and institutional crisis in Albania, complete the reform process and be in order during the upcoming meeting that EU member states will develop to decide again for enlargement”, Ctete stressed.
