Three people have been arrested in Prizren as guilty criminals.

Through a media report, it has become known that the Regional Unit for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption Prizren, in early June of this year, has accepted the information about allegations of involvement of some suspects in criminal activities.

After the phase of the initial investigation, police investigators have secured the Constitutional Court's ordinance in Prizren for implementation of secret and technical surveillance and investigation measures. During the implementation of investigative measures and actions, sufficient evidence has been provided that the suspects are involved in committing two criminal acts, if any, of them.

Suspects at various times, starting in 2014, have allegedly benefited by offering charges of 33,500 (thirty and three thousand and five hundred) euros to three complainers and the file have illegally benefited twenty thousand (20 000) euros and 8.8 gold land worth about 800,000 (eight thousand) euros.

On the basis of those allegations, in 17.10.2019 the Constitutional Court of Prizren's ordinance for warrants was implemented, where three houses and two leading premises -- the property of the three suspects -- were searched.

The persons arrested in this case are:

  • S. M. Born 1970 m/sh/k
  • B. M. Born 1981 m/sh/k
  • B. M. born 1966 m/sh/k

During the search on the quality of evidence, they were found and seized:

16) Documents/constrate on property and vehicles trading;

Three thousand eight hundred fifty (350) euros;

A mobile phone.

With the prosecutor's decision, the first suspect has been detained for 48 hours, while continuing with investigations to collect relevant evidence for the other two suspects.
