U.S. fighter aircraft crashed in Germany

Such an accident occurred during a routine exercise near Zemmer, about 20km north of Trier in the Trier-Saarburg district, in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
The statement said the pilot had “jumped” safely and with minor injuries.
The cause of the accident is still unclear, according to the statement.
