It has highlighted several minor incidents, but according to her, in general, the first-hour voting procedures have turned out smoothly.
From the Philological Faculty of the University of Pristina, where several polling stations are located -- the head of the EU's election monitoring mission -- has said there will be more surveillance during the day and that the voting process will protect it throughout the election day.
We have several minor incidents, but in general all procedures, since what we've been watching have gone well, there's been no problem... I think one or two voters weren't in the right place, or anything, but from what we've been watching about 98 percent is going smoothly and smoothly. We had 30 teams to open the stations and we're going to have 58 teams in the field for the rest of the day”, Cromon-Taubdel said.
She has said the process seems calm, but that, according to her, it is early to talk since only a few hours have passed since polling stations opened.
However, the European Union observer stressed that there is no indicator that could concern them.
