Donald Tusk said the bloc would also allow a similar phelsibil extension, meaning that the United Kingdom can come out of the EU even before that deadline, if the agreement is approved in Parliament.
This comes as MPs prepare to vote on Boris Johnson's proposal for early elections on December 12th. /periscope/
