Turkey agreed on Thursday to suspend the offensive for five days in order to allow Kurds to withdraw from the area. But on Saturday, both sides accused each other of breaking the ceasefire.
Ankara considers Kurdish forces terrorist, and will create a safe zone within Syria. Despite the temporary ceasefire, the diaspora fire exchange has taken place, especially around the border town of Ras al Ain.
Speaking at a rally in the Turkish province of Kayseri, Erdogan said that if Kurdish fighters do not withdraw by Tuesday's evening, as agreed on the ceasefire, the offensive will begin where it broke down and Turkish troops will continue to crush the heads of terrorists.

The Turkish leader will talk to Russian President Vladimir Putin next week. On Saturday, he said that if those talks do not provide a solution, Turkey will implement its plans.
