Before the paper was released from custody, it learned that all suspects were again interviewed by the case prosecutor, Armend Hamiti. According to one Time Ditore source, all other procedures have been conducted in addition to financial examinations that the prosecution still does not have.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has said they have only approved the prosecutor's request that Osman be released from custody.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has accepted the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request of 11,10.2019, of changing the detention measure with the detention interruption and replacing it with the measure of bail for defendant I.O”, it is said in a written response to this court.

According to them, Osmani has left bail for 50 thousand euros.

“Linked to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request, Pristina's preliminary procedure judge on 11.10.2019 has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's proposal in Pristina that indictees I.O.Têi replace detention measures with the measure of bail worth 50,000.000 (50 thousand) euros. The court has found that legal conditions for replacing the detention measure as a more serious measure have been met, with the measure of bail as the softest measure for ensuring the defendant's presence in the procedure”, said in that response.

The case attorney, Armend Hamiti, in a conversation with the newspaper has said that the request for release from Osman's detention not only but also others has done so because keeping them in freedom no longer undermines the investigation process.
