Over 100 guests from the Special in the quality of the suspects will face double battles during their stay in The Hague.

Besides the guests should provide sufficient evidence to avoid charges, or in other cases to win court processes, they should also provide financial tools for their legal protection, as well as general accommodation at The Hague, the news reports.

The government for guests from the Special has earmarked 1.5m euros, which will be spent on the demands of those in the future dealing with The Hague Specialised Prosecutor, writes news.net.

But this fund is currently intact. The reasons remain in that the Government of Kosovo has seen legal and financial aid from the state, given only after the establishment of charges, or otherwise said the launch of judicial processes.

That's what the attorney accredited by the Special, Teki Bocshi, says.

In a statement on news.net, Bocchi also explains cases with his clients whose expenses have been paid by the specialised Prosecution.

“I have had a case with one client, they had to go to The Hague, but one of them had a passport and the prosecutor came here to Pristina, and they paid the expenses. When there is a possibility, it should be argued that there is no lawlessness that endangers its existence”, explains the Bocshi attorney.

Although, he says this procedure is quite complicated.

They paid with a very complicated procedure, but they paid them. Protection, if the in-law is under investigation, they carry it. So in order, The Hague carries these expenses”, says Bocshi.

However, in other cases he says that if the party is able to pay, the prosecution does not spend a cent.

Meanwhile, one of the special guests who didn't hire a lawyer says about the news.net that all expenses were paid by the Special Prosecutor.

He stresses that in addition to spending, the prosecution was paid daily wages.

All expenses, from accommodation, travel and others, have been covered by the Special Prosecution. I didn't get a lawyer because I was protected in silence, but that's why money was wanted. However I didn't need a lawyer”, says this guest from the Special who was interviewed in the quality of the suspect.

The news has tried to contact Dritton Leic from the Special's Protection Office, but the same has not answered editorial questions.

However, other officials from the same office have spoken without wanting to identify themselves.

They say that in each case, the request for judicial-financial assistance passes through the Government of Kosovo, as well as the Ministry of Justice.

In each case these pass through the Government of Kosovo and the Ministry of Justice. But anyway, demand and assistance are granted after the establishment of the” indictment, these officials say briefly.

And the funding allocated to the accused by the Special is emerging to be very small compared to the increase of guests in the quality of the suspect, which will probably later be in the defendant's chair.

Lawyer Teki Bocshi emphasises that expenditures are huge, including accommodation and judicial protection.

However, he says it is contradictory a phenomenon for the state to protect the accused.

I don't think that the fund shared by the Government of Kosovo is sufficient, because the expenses are relatively large, food, sleep, defence travel, but that's also indiscriminate that people who are accused of being funded by the state, but it's another problem that they've brought in the @x1> law, he said at the end.

Continued calls for increased funding for the protection of those accused by the Special have also provided by war veterans' organisations.

They have quickly warned the first arrests, including the arrest of top political figures, including former Prime Minister Haradinaj, and Skyright leader Sami Lushtaku.
