The Association for Progress (INPO) today publishes the annual report “The capacity of citizens with municipal services in Pristina”. INPO has designed the report by measuring citizens' pleasure in 15 areas of municipal services, based on measuring indicators for each field and service. The Association for Progress (INPO) today publishes the annual report “The capacity of citizens with municipal services in Pristina”.

INPO has designed the report by measuring citizens' pleasure in 15 areas of municipal services, based on measuring indicators for each field and service.

The index aims to scan citizens' satisfaction with municipality performance on an annual basis, whose results would affect the prioritisation of investment policies and the establishment of quality of municipal services.

This year the third edition of the annual “Index of citizens' pleasure with municipal services in Pristina will be published.

Panels at this conference will be representatives from the Ministry of Management of Local Power, the head of the Pristina municipality, Shpend Ahmeti, and the head of the Municipal Assembly, Agim Kuleta.

The conference will be held from 10:00 to Hotel “Sirius” in Pristina.
