On serious charges to the CEC: It's chaotic, it's a shame to question the entire election process.

Chairman NISMAs Fatmir Limaj has pressed charges towards the Central Election Commission, saying he tried to preserve his institution more than the election process itself.

Because of this, the CEC decided to recount over 800 boxes. Our request was that the error make the full recount of all ballot boxes, and thus the matter would end in the context of the law. The CEC, instead of solving the problem in general, tried to close this process. Fleeing from responsibility, the CEC is failing to make decisions about package smuggling from Serbia and votes from the diaspora have consistently violated the law and on the other side from the continued, serial violation of the law by the CEC and, as a result, the Supreme decision has come that generally changes that law. It has created a consequence for a Supreme Court decision to change the Electoral Law. So, what is the legal security with which we are managing this election process.
