CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has announced that today at 4: 00 p.m., the recount of the 530 deployments that were set for today will begin.
“Renumbering 530 locations the CEC decided on will begin today (October 17th), at 4:00”, Elesi announced.
Today in the CEC, it has been decided that because of various manipulations by commissioners of political subjects and on the basis of data audited by the QNR in 530 pollings will be recounted.
This decision was made today at a news conference run by Valdete Daka, the CEC chairman.
While Burim Ahmetaj from the QNR also spoke of counting the diaspora vote that ended last night, he said they are in the last phase of opening the way and counting on conditional votes.
As for the findings from the audit report, he presented five recommendations, whereby the CEC subsequently voted for recounting votes.
“Rests where the subject does not have votes, while candidates have and their number is 81. We also have cases when the MP candidate has more votes than the subject itself, and this is done in 89 seats. Likewise, even when all candidates within a subject have more votes than subject” itself.
Ahmetaj also said that they have faced even on occasions when there are more ballot papers than were listed on the results forms. /
