Valmir Elezi in a conversation with Periscope has said that these votes should first be assessed and to know if the ballot is being sent in a orderly manner.
We're getting started. Prior to the start of counting of ballots at the Counting and Results Centre, there needs to be a review and assessment of the supposed ballot envelopes. The assessment aims to know whether the ballot was sent by a successful registered voter abroad, or sent by another person who fails to meet this necessary criterion. Once this assessment is done, we'll know exactly what the number of approved ballots is and how many of them are rejected. In the end, only approved ballotes are counted”, Elez said.
We remember that these votes will be counted after the Supreme Court's ruling, which has rejected the election panel's decision on Ancess and Parashtre (PZAP)./Periscopi/
