Meanwhile, CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has said the CEC will wait for the legal deadline following the PZAP decision to reject LVV's request.
The Central Election Commission will wait for the legal deadline before proceeding further, since at the end of the PZAP decision there are legal advice, thus allow complaints against this ruling at the Supreme Court within 24 hours”, he said of “Zri”.
He further said the final results would not be announced at the conclusion of the issue.
“The CEC will not announce the final results until this issue is closed, he said.
Elez said the CEC would now announce final results unless the issue of 4639 diaspora votes existed.
If it wasn't for this case, we'd be announcing the results today. But we can't do this until this case is over:x1>, he said.
Meanwhile, the executive director of the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI), Ismet Kryeziu, is calling PZAP's decision to reject the number of votes coming by mail after 6 October.
Kryeziu stresses that the precise respect and interpretation of the law is not the access to voters from the diaspora, but is commitment and responsibility to ensure law enforcement.
“PZAP about the validity of the vote by mail, reached after 6 October”, Kryeziu said.
