CEC shows when the final results will arise

Central Election Commission Chairman Valdete Daka has said the announcement of final results could take place shortly after the diaspora's count of votes ends. And after the final results were announced, if there are no complaints, after 24 hours there will be a certificate of elections. Daka has said that a statement of [...]
Daka has said that a statement by her vote certificate could run through December is derived from the context.
There's been an unfortunate statement coming out of context, because I've spoken in the case when the final results are announced and when there's a possibility that we will have complaints, complaints from disgruntled candidates, complaints from disgruntled subjects eventually, and that this would probably last or eventually of any decision by PZAP to recount the boxes, which the issue would send us to a extension of the deadline for determitation, certainly that then the certificate would occur much later. But this, of course, was drawn from the context of what I said, because the Certificate of the outcome of the final election depends on whether we will have complaints in PZAP or not”, she said.
Asked whether the final results could be announced after the end of the diaspora vote, which has come late, it has stated such a claim until it added that if there are no 24-hour complaints after the proclamation of final results will be certified.
She said that given the previous practice, there have always been complaints following the announcement of final results, which have postponed the certificate of election.
And if there's no complaint, of course, 24 hours after the announcement of final results, we'll prioritize the elections. I wish we didn't, but from the past years' experience, I know there's always complaints at PZAP and then there's also PZAP's decision in the Supreme Court, which automatically postpones the certificate of results and I'm getting started. Otherwise, if we don't have complaints in announcing the final results, we're going to determine the results immediately 24 hours after the end of the call for complaint”, she said.
CEC's first, Valdete Dala said they would implement any PZAP decision, if there is a decision to recount all votes. She added that this decision would push election certificates.
This would not damage the process, of course we will apply PZAP's decisions if we have such decisions, but it will delay the certificate of results yes. Then depending on whether we are forced to recount all boxes or boxes or whatever it is, then we will be obliged to wait for the deadline until they are counted and until all the terms of the complaint were completed”, she said.
That the announcement of final results could take place shortly after the outcome of the vote counting by the diaspora says even Vetevendosje member in the CEC Adnan Rrustemi, who says he expects the certificate of final results to happen too soon.
At the end of the week, we may have no difficulty declaring final results in terms of the CEC, while the final results begin to run 24 hours for complaints that candidates and political subjects can present, always offering arguments and facts. I personally do not expect that there will be any large-scale recounting in terms of political subjects' complaints, because the CEC's procedures in the QNR have addressed any possible disagreement as to the outcome of political subjects. We may eventually have any complaints from various candidates of political subjects, but for all of these, arguments and bases should be offered at PZAP, but I do not expect many complaints, much less expect there will be grounds for complaints of political subjects. So I expect very soon to have the certificate of final results on the part of the CEC”, he said.
Rrustemi said political parties have no basis for their complaints of recounting all ballot boxes.
The “Ankees of political subjects may have different motives, but what I can say is they have no basis for their complaints at least in those that were raised in public. I expect that the CEC will not be lost soon after the charter votes are counted to announce the results and then, after spending the deadline for complaints to certificate. I don't expect delays in this direction and I don't even have to. There is no reason to delay the certificate of final results”, he said.
We remember that, under the Supreme Court's bias, 40,000 and 539 voter ballots will be counted outside Kosovo, where their count will take place after review and assessment of the envelopes.
