Elez: Limaj's Call for Recount
“> As I know it has surrendered to the CEC protocol such a request, but I will repeat that the CEC's decision to recount 314 locations is the CEC's decision that came after the recommendations of the Accounting and Results Centre, following findings that were made at this centre during the acceptance of material from these countries. Of course, because of those inconsistencies it has had to go to recount these ballot boxes to find the real state of those ballot boxes”, he said.
Limaj's letter writes, among other things, that irregularities and flagrant wrongdoing have been recorded in the use of bear forms that election results in all Kosovo municipalities.
“Because of the negative effect and the violation of Article 101 and 102 of the General Election Law, we consider that the CEC's partial recount decision is insufficient to improve the deterioration of the outcome without the accuracy and damage done to the competing political subjects, thus directly undermining the will of voters in all municipalities”, It says among other things in Limaj's letter, which KosovoPress has secured.
