The Central Election Commission has failed to come up with preliminary results even after nearly two hours after midnight. While the Vetevendosje Movement has declared victory and celebrated it in Skenderbe Square, the CEC until about 2pm without midnight has only managed to process 95 percent of the ballot.
Based on this percentage, the Vetevendosje Movement leads with 25,70 per cent of the vote, with 4775 votes more than LDK, which has 25.07 per cent, until PDK is third with 21.25 per cent, until coalition NISMA - AKR-PD risks crossing the election threshold, because it is under 5 per cent quota.
