Considering the autumn season, increased number of tractors and agricultural vehicles in road traffic, increased number of accidents, especially accidents involving tractors and other agricultural vehicles, the Regional Traffic Unit has increased controls in road traffic.
In support and implementation of this operational plan, units from the level of police stations will also be on all roads, including local roads, for participants who clash with regulations that the law envisions in traffic are being pronounced legal penalties with the aim of preventing cases of accidents.
In view of cases of accidents, where tractors are considered, police appeal to all traffic participants, particularly tractors and agricultural vehicles, to increase care during their circulation, to be technically okay, to respect and adhere to legal provisions, to road signals, and to adapt to street conditions.
