He has ordered in this case all citizens with the right to vote tomorrow to vote and to do so with hope and courage.
Once, the British diplomat has indicated that his country does not support any political party in extraordinary elections on Sunday.

Today I am not in Pristina, and this is a good opportunity for me to talk to people about the right to free speech. The best example of this is your freedom to choose Kosovo leadership tomorrow.
The United Kingdom supports no political party or candidate; but it supports you and your right to vote free and free.
It is easy to be skeptical and cynical. To think your vote doesn't matter and it won't make any difference. That is not true, because in every democracy, the act of voting, participation, choice or change of who will lead you, it matters.
I encourage all voters to vote tomorrow, and to do so with hope and courage.
