The Board of Directors of the Kosovar Privatisation Agency held its next cerrast meeting approved USAL 50 transactions, which was held on September 23rd 2019.
At this meeting the Board of Directors reviewed and approved the list of assets presented for SHAL 52. The AKP's management at this meeting announced the Board of Directors for the concept of the AKP's Interim Dispensation of the Special Dispensation for NSH Creditors in Lyquidim under Article 41.4 of the AKP Law Submission, the Board of Directors adopted the proposed concept and instructed the management to proceed with legal procedures.
Moreover, the Board was announced and offered its support to the management for the initiative of procedures related to the drafting of the initial list of workers of the blockmaking company “IMF Kosova”
