One-year benefits of nonfunctional deputies and ministers

The 120 deputies of the Kosovo Assembly's sixth legislature, the 21 ministers, over 80 deputy ministers, as well as nearly 100 government political advisers “Haradinaj” will continue to receive salaries even after their mandate ends. These benefits will be enjoyed by August 27th 2020, when the legal deadline -- preceded with the MP's Law for Rights and Responsibilities -- which was drafted and approved in 2010 -- defines compensation of the MP's basic salary for a 12-month period after the end of their mandate.
Apart from the deputies, without benefits there will be neither the former government cabbytine “Haradinaj”, that is because the former deputies of the previous legislature had adopted an amendment, which rewards the government deputy ministers with a transitional salary, enabling them to be rewarded by 70 per cent of the salary for six months and after the end of the term, the voice writes.
According to the Kosovo Government's decision of December 20th of 2017, a deputy minister has been paid at the value of 1,150 euros, while after the end of the term they will receive no less than 800 euros for the pre-priced period under the law.
