As a sign of revolt last night LDK- PDK-NISMA expelled its members from the QNR.
For Periscope law affairs connoisseur Baraliu has explained what is the legal way to bring those envelopes.
Baraliu said the law and voting outside Kosovo is provided with relevant CEC regulations, which with relevant procedures is envisioned to make the carrying of those envelopes through official or otherwise postal communication.
He for Periscope has stressed that the Serbian List in the CEC has acknowledged that these envelopes have come illegally to Kosovo, but that according to them the Serbian List is arguing there has been no real co-operation between Kosovo's post with Serbia, Periscope follows
“Law and voting outside Kosovo envision the possibility and relevant rules of the CEC for voting to be conducted in proper procedures, but through official communication institutions, which means it is postal communication. While based on the very dexterity of the CEC representative from the Serbian List to the CEC, he acknowledges that the arrival of these lists has been unregulated and argues such a coming because of Serbia's failure to co-operate with Kosovo's post. In fact, Serbia's post office does not recognise Kosovo's”, Baraliu explained.
He has also pressed charges against the CEC, saying the CEC does not accept a package of charter ballot papers, even though they were according to legal procedures.
Until the CEC decided not to accept a large package of charter balloting which were regulatory and were legal procedures but had arrived later than before the law dated October 5th when they had to arrive, I wouldn't accept it, and here it's obvious that we have to do with inadequate legal procedures and I think that if you don't change that decision The CEC would be controversial”, Baraliu said of Periscope
Among other things Baraliu has stressed that it is not the first time the CEC makes such decisions, where he says we have had in last elections in northern Kosovo. /Periscope
