As Klan Kosova reports today, Leutgeb is allegedly deceiving about 70 Kosovars by taking their money allegedly to regulate their work visas.
Kosovo police announced on Tuesday, through a 24-hour report, that after a several-month investigation, they have arrested a foreign citizen under suspicion of defrauding citizens of the labour visa adjustment.
