At this meeting the Board of Directors approved, after the review, the initial SHAL list 5.3, as well as the SHAL 51 transactions, which was held on October 23rd 2019.
The board approved the asset rental management's proposal, while with management proposals it also approved the introduction of NSH Sharr-producing to direct management.
Moreover, the Board reviewed and adopted the recommendation and final reports of the Direct Negotiation Unit.
