Vetevendosje leader Albulen Haxhiu says of Online Economics, that there is no discussion which minister should meet VV or LDK.
We have not actually talked about the number of ministries, we agreed in principle to have no more than 12 ministries. At the first meeting, there were no rejections, but I would call them speculations of all those that have circulated in the media because we have never received a request from the LDK for 7 ministries. It is only agreed that Kosovo will have 12 ministries and it is clear that they belong to communities that are not majority in Kosovo, and therefore we will respect this constitutional provision. The rest has not been discussed, nor how much minister will have the VV and the LDK”, Haxhiu has said.
Political analysts are promoting this idea of reducing the government.
Armend Muja, a political expert, says Kosovo in the past has had one of the biggest governments in the region, while calling the latter the Chinese “ ” government.
He says reduction to 12 ministries is a return to normal. It's reform that's expected to happen with 12 ministries, it's only going back to normal, that as you know in the past we've had a <x)kinese government “ ”, we've had ministries that have been deliberately increased just to accommodate political interests, so there's a government that hasn't served the final goal such as improving civic services or economic development. Some ministries are stem and will not be changed, but some will return to normal%x2>, Muja has said.
Having a few government dictatorships, I'm going to miss a lot of people. But this should not be a problem, according to the Muja, because many of them are policy players.
There are 83 thousand civil servants who are few in the water but I don't believe all these need to be disturbed. I think that 1 percent of them will have to worry because the way is very legitimate, they've come through the premieres with political dramatism, and they go through the political game. The great part of them, I see no challenge for them.
The Haradinaj government is considered the largest Kosovo has ever had with 21 ministries and nearly 80 deputy ministers so, becoming the largest facility in the Balkans.
In addition to the large number, the Haradinaj government will also be remembered for higher wage increases for its government cabinet.
