The number of those invited by the Special Court is estimated to be over 100. It has been confirmed, however, that about 70 names that have been invited by the Court in various qualities.
The Special Court has intensified invitations in recent days, mainly of former KLA soldiers to be interviewed by prosecutors in this court.
The first to receive an invitation to appear before special prosecutors was the commander of the Llap Operative Zone, Rrustem Mustafa-Remi.
He was invited in December last year, interviewed in January 2019.
Former UCK Chief of General Staff Bislim Office, former spokeswoman for that staff Jakup Krasniqi, former commander general The KLA, Sylejman Selimi, who was invited to the quality of the suspect.
The first special prosecutors had chosen to remain silent, the former commander of the Drenica Operative Zone, Sami Lushtaku. A former KSF commander Kadri Kastrati has received a similar invitation.
Daka thought, Avd Ibrahimi, Ibrahim Gashi, Jethullah Krasniqi, Isni Kilaj, Fazli Behrami, Gani Krasniqi, Milaim Latifi, Saban Syla, Naim Miftar, Sali Mustafa Qaeda, Fatmir Sopi and Sej Veselj, Besim Bajrami, Mehmet Sulaj, Avd Ibrahimi, and now Captain of the General Staff at FSF, Petrit Bojaxhiu.
Also, Isuf Gashi, Osman Karpuzi, Ahmet Nakmanaj, Naser Krasniqi, Mahir Sinani, Enver Shala, as well as Elmi Bytyqi.
The special invitation had also come to former Dukagjini Operative Zone commander Ramush Haradinaj, since he received the invitation and resigned from the country's post of prime minister to respond to the specials.
Even incumbent Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri and the head of the Rahovec municipality, Smajl Latifi, were contacted by the Court.
Kosovo's former deputies -- Time Kadrija, Lahi Brahimaj, Fadil Beka, Nuredin Ibishi, Safete Hadrejjni, Blerim Kuci, Sokol Basota, Nuredin Ibishi and Azem Syla -- have also joined in.
At the KLA OVL, it is said that there are also some members who do not want to publish that they have been invited by this tribunal.
