Of the total number of 90 prisoners, the eligible vote had 79 people, 11 of them were foreign citizens, who are not on the final voter list of the Republic of Kosovo, for the election of October 6, 2019, without a vote.
Of 79 people (inmate), the right to vote was exploited by 63 prisoners, another 14 refused to vote, while 2 were without identification documents.
The process is led by the CEC, specifically the KKZ in Prizren and monitored by the KMDLNJ Regional Centre in Prizren.
