Zaev optimistic about voting constitutional changes

Zaev confirmed that he will meet with Bilall Kasmine tomorrow to review the EU requirements he laid down as a condition in order for his party to vote on constitutional changes. Zaev says he sees the positive side of the situation and that Albanian opposition parties are supporters of Macedonia's European road.
