Vetevendosje Movement MP Lieburn Aliu has reacted to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's statement, that he has called for a reduction in his salary.
The prime minister's “fraud, claiming he has demanded a reduction in his salary, is more scandalous than the Laby fraud with passport”, Ali wrote on Facebook.
Prime Minister Haradinaj, during a meeting with miners in Mitrovica, has said today he has asked lawmakers to reduce his salary.
Earlier, MP Hykmete Bajrami has also exposed Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, who said she has demanded a discount.
Bajrami, has said that with the Drift-Lagji MPs received from the government, no salaries are issued to anyone. He's attached to it as evidence, and Article 27 of this Bill-Law, part of Chapter XI.
“If an individual, official or official public, benefited in full pay (basic with all types of regular additions), which is greater than the full wage envisioned by this law, it would benefit the new salary under the provisions of this law and a specific transitary addition equal to the difference between the old salary and the re”, says at the point 1 of this article regulating “Disporate transor”.
“Individvid, official or public official, in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article, will benefit the new salary in: 100 %s of the special transitary extension, according to paragraph 1, during the first year after the introduction of this law”, says this draft law.
Haradinaj, today during the day after a meeting he had with the miners in Mitrovica, who are on strike, has asked lawmakers to reduce his salary.
The executive head has said that before, there has been no law on salaries in Kosovo. He said it's finally becoming the law.
I've signed up from these guys who do the law, and I've only lowered one of the prime minister's wages, that's all I said, put it down. Don't touch any pay paid by the public, the prime minister, yes, belongs to and down. I asked for all the sectors to grow, 80 million to increase the cost of law per year, quiet. I saw that by law, with a governing mandate, the hall without going to the end of the mandate just before the elections that we are in the direction of this”, Haradinaj said.
And deputy Bajrami, former Trade and Industry Minister, has called on all strikers in Kosovo not to surrender.
If your wages are not raised then let the salaries of politicians” be reduced, she said, conveys Koha.net. “Strike in education, strike in health, strike in Trepca, strike in administration. The entire public sector on strike. Who's working? Private sector. Who was filling the state chest? Tax and taxes from the private sector (the government has increased the number of inspectors). Are there strikers in the private sector? No. That's how the economy thrives!
Addressing strikers, she has said she has never supported raising salaries that have not been based on economic growth.
I meet the party which has been arranged with the Law, but these days I'm with you, because I know why you went on strike. All these strikes originate with doubling wages in the Government Cabinet, and the draft Law on Salaries that vows them further”, she has said.
