The trial for Almir Ali's killer will come back from scratch

Almir Ali's case comes back from scratch. That is because the Court of Appeals has abolished the decision of the Kumanovo Foundation Court. This confirms for TV signs, family lawyer Aliu Asmir Alispahic, but until now they still have no known causes for bringing this decision, since Apel's decision has not yet been made.

For young Boban Ilic's accused murder, the decision is also abolished, which means Ilic will be protected in freedom, but the same measures will be pronounced.

Otherwise, on October 1, 2018, public hearing was held at the Court of Appeals about the complaints of the parties to the first instance of the Kumanovo Court.

The Supreme Prosecutor during the hearing at the Court of Appeals demanded that those convicted of grave action against people's security and property in communications, Boban Ilic, and those convicted of violence -- Sami Demiri and Abdullah Aliu -- increase the sentence.
