Tomorrow the final decision is made on Burdush's million estate

The hearing is to be held tomorrow starting at 4:00.

The session will be held on the basis of Prizren's Constitutional Prosecutor's request for a long-term ban on property confiscated by “Burdushi”.

Meanwhile, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren is continuing to interview witnesses in the quality of the injured in the traditional doctor's case, Hysri Peqani, known as “Burdushi”.

Media prosecutor Petrit Kryeziu has said other witnesses are being presented to the prosecutor who feel hurt about the “Burdushi” case.

“We have had in this case damaged since the beginning of the procedure, but in the meantime, during the investigation, other citizens who feel they are injured are also being presented, so that the same can achieve compensation for the damage at the end of this”, KALLXO.com said.

Hysri Peqani, known as “Burdushi” was arrested in November last year.

Kosovo police, under the leadership of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, had raided the home of “Burdush” under the excuse for tax evasion and fraud.

In the same month, against “Burdush” an indictment arose.

“Burdushi” is charged with the accusation that from 20,06.2014 to 12.08.2014 in Prizren, hiding the facts and with the intention of illegally benefiting property for himself or for the other person, or for causing material damage to the other person, betrays or continues the injury.

At last November 22nd session, Hysri Peqani, known as Buddushi, has been sentenced by the Prizren Foundation Court to 1 year in prison and 5 thousand euros in fines for criminal fraud.

Since November last year, “Burdushi” is found in the detention measure.
