With great sorrow I have accepted the news of the tragic death of Diaspora Deputy Minister Arian Daci, son of the Academy of Sciences and My Friend, Nexhat Daci. In these very serious moments, both President and friend of the family, in my name and the citizens of Kosovo express the most sincere condolences to President Daci and his family. HTH
