A cheese producer in Switzerland's eastern region, Toggenburg, has produced pink right for a client from China.
The winning company, Stadlemann, has spent seven months to capitalise on the unusual appearance of cheese known as “The pink Queen”, after a client from Hong Kong sought an authentic Swiss-but pink-right, Kosovo Preress follows.
The biggest “Sfida has been to find a natural color that does not change the process of preparing cheese”, said cheese producer Jurg Stadelmann.
Several times earlier, efforts to produce sly cheese had failed
