Following with great concern the unannounced strike at the “Trepca” Company, representatives of the main shareholder from the Supervision Board in the unreasonable absence of representatives of workers have held numerous meetings and meetings to analyse the situation created, as well as to review the requirements of the Greek Council. Given the financial and operational situation in which the company “Trepca” is in place, the Supervision Board has informed the Ministry of Economic Development as well as relevant institutions in Kosovo about the inability to implement requirements submitted by the Gravis Council of Trepca. In a situation where spending is greater than revenues is more than possible raising 20% wages, as well as distributing 100 Euros and New Year's gifts. For more, “Trepca” has debts due to the failure to pay the mineral rent, failing to pay off obligations to the Kosovo Energy Corporation, economic operators and other obligations, and amounting to more than 12m euros. The only way out of this situation and to pave the way for development of the company is to implement the Trepca Law in full. Given this, the Board of Monitoring in the record term has made the draft draft statute proposal to proceed with previous procedures, but not due to the strike started in July 2018. This unreasonable strike at the time has blocked the company's registration for more than 9 months, and the same is taking place even now when the “Trepca” statute is expected to be approved by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo. Hence, just as we have consistently requested the application of the Law for Trepca, we now seek the application of the Law as the only form for the salvation of Trepca through: 1. Adopting the draft statute of “Trepca” s. From the Kosovo Assembly; With the adoption of the draft resolution of “Trepca” s.a. The company's registration route opens near the Business Recording Agency, and the company's status is defined permanently. 2. Subscription of the “Recording Trepca sh.a Company. Close to the Business Recording Agency did Trepca's secession from the Kosovo Privatisation Agency, as well as the transformation of the company from the social company to the stock company by paving the way for the creation of legal infrastructure, which aims at a sustainable economic development through the opening of the road to investment, increasing the value of assets which are a prerequisite for the reconstruction of Trepca. 3. The board of Managers and Senior Officials' Election with the Trepca Law for Open Public Competition. The selection of the Board of Managers and Senior Officials of the First Company with the Law on Trepca and the Law for Public Enterprises immediately after the signing of “Through the public competition, it allows the company to conduct a very real set of legislation in force. In the end, the losses caused by the strikes endanger the company's financial liquidity by endangering workers' salaries. Therefore, we invite all employees at the company “Trepca” to get back to work and withdraw from demands that are unalable, as well as at the expense of the company and the workers themselves.
