The story of the woman from Podujevo who stole the thieves from $60,000 and a couple of dukes.

Bekir Zeneli and Ridvan Islam are charged with robbing from a house of 60,000 euros, a kilo of gold, many other valuable items, and also connecting the injured and her children at home.

According to the Prosecutor, Zenel of Islam were not alone in this robbery.

Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor claims they were driven by the groom, Feyzullah Sejdiu, who knew that money and valuable things were in that house.

The damaged Nerdzhivane Rudari confessed today at the Pristina Court how robbers the night they entered her home stole a suitcase (cofer), within which there were items worth gold and 60 thousand euros.

Witness Liridon Zenelli, who is the brother of one of the accused, Becir Zenel, has also been called to testify.

He claimed that during his talks with his brother Beqiri, Fejzullah Sejdiu has been the initiator who sent them to rob his friends' house.

“Fyzullahu told them to rob the guest's house and that there's 1m euros in that house and I tell you when there's nobody at home”, the witness quoted the brother concerning the accused Fejzullah Sejdiu as saying.

The witness also related how he met Feyzulah to discuss the work that his brother, Becir Zenel is being charged with.

He pointed out that Feyzulah has admitted to being the promoter of this robbery. “We were deceived after the money”, Liridon Zeneli said to the accused Fejzullah Sejdiu.

The witness further added that he had met with Fejzu God's brother and that he had offered him an estimated 50,000 to 100 thousand euros just to withdraw Beqiri's statement to Feyzullah.

He also indicated that during his talks with his brother Beqiri, he had told him that Fejzullah Sejdiu even a year earlier had told them to go to their friends' house to commit robbery.

In the end, the defender of the accused, Feyzullah Sejdiu, lawyer Naser Soopyan, proposed to the Court that witness Noah Zeka, who, at his next session, would be invited to clarify many dilemmas in this criminal case, as well as witnesses Mentor Hysen and Besnik Osman.

This attorney's proposal was then approved by the chairman of the court, Shadije Grguri.

The next session will be held on March 20.

According to the indictment, the event took place on July 7th 2017 around 2:30, when defendants Becir Zeneli and Ridvan Islami, along with accused Musa Zeneli, who is on the run and accused Edon Cbubqiu, as members of the group, disguised and armed in hand are placed in the home of the damaged Nerdive Rudari, located in a village of the Podujevo municipality.

The prosecution claims that accused Becir Zenel has stayed in the room with the injured and her children, while the other defendants have damaged three floors of the house, where they have managed to find and get 60,000 euros in cash, about a kilo of gold, hand watch, anti-lead jacket, type “gun. TT”, a small safe and other valuables.

According to the prosecution, Fejzullah Sejdiu deliberately urged accused Ridvan Islam, Beqir and Musa Zeneli, as well as Edon Qibukqiu, to carry out the criminal robbery, so that after these indictees have met them earlier, he has pushed and persuaded them to go to the home of the damaged Nerdzhivane Rudari, to take money and valuable items.

Fysullah Sejdiu is the son-in-law of the damaged family and the prosecution claims he has been aware that there are money and other valuable items in this house.

According to the prosecution, Sejdiu has committed criminal action in the form of co-operation in committing the criminal act of pushing for the offense.
