There are days when former KLA General Staff Commander Sylejman Selimi is being treated at the Otorolaringology clinic in KKUK.
The director of this clinic, Hajdin Thaci, has indicated that his recovery requires 10 days of constant therapy and, according to him, the deterioration of Selimi's situation came just after the December therapy break, KTV reports.
The visit, former KLA commander, has also been made by the director of the Kosovo Correcting Service, Nehat Thaci.
He, for KTV, has denied rumours that Selim has been admitted to the hospital to flee the interview by the Specialised Prosecutor at The Hague.
Thaci has confirmed that no announcement has come to the Correcting Service so far to request Sylejman Selimi's movement from prison in The Hague.
Tome Gashi, part of Selim's defence team, has indicated that he was contacted earlier by a Hague prosecutor over the phone, but that, according to him, he has refused to speak to him without writing, whether he was invited or any other information related to Selimi.
Sylejman Selimi, former commander of The KLA, and then the KSF, was sentenced to eight years in prison for war crimes.
But last year, the parole panel refused his release until the Supreme Court refused requests for the protection of the legality of its defenders and others convicted. /Time.net
