Reports from the ground present a state of extinction on all local roads and those linking villages to the city, while a more severe situation is identified in the mountainous area of Jezerci and the roads, where high snowfall levels have made team intervention difficult, even though this intervention has been made.
Public Services and Emergency Services Directorate Director Arben Halili has announced that local authorities, along with economic operators, are in full readiness for intervention, so at the function of preventing eventual disasters, he has appealed for caution added by drivers as well as avoidances around mountainous areas.
