” The situation in Presevo is heavy, young mania”

Shaip Kamberi, chairman of Bujanoc and party municipality PVD, has said Kosovo- Serbia is the last chance for a fair solution. “On the eve of the launch of the final phase of talks between Kosovo and Serbia, which should result not only in legally binding agreements for the parties, but also with [...]
“On the eve of the launch of the final phase of talks between Kosovo and Serbia, which should result not only in legally binding agreements for the parties but also in competition for Kosovo to gain the seat at the UN, the hope for inclusion of the Presevo Valley as part of the Final Dialogue is being exercised as a vital opportunity to find a fair and proper solution for Albanians as well. Recent months have witnessed a more pronounced and direct commitment by Kosovo institutions to support the Presevo Valley's legitimate demands. This engagement of Kosovo institutions, particularly of the president and state delegation of Kosovo, is presenting a new chapter of international actualisation of the Presevo Valley issue”, Kamberi has said.
He has said through a scripture that the current situation in the Presevo Valley is severe.
Kamberi says Presheva has become a real ghetto, with no prospect affecting the departure of youth.
The currently serious “situation comes from the gathering of many vital problems for which the Belgrade government has never shown serious willingness to find acceptable solutions, viewing Albanians as undesirable elements. The lack of adequate solutions to numerous political processes in which Albanians have participated (2001, 2009, 2013) which the Presevo Valley has turned into a real ghetto, a place without purpose, which is affecting the mass departure of youth, in the most serious way damaging the national core in this region”, he noted.
Facing this difficult situation, Albanians of the Presevo Valley Dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia see it as the only option to find the adequate solution to their position. The eventual agreement between the two states would not be complete unless it provides the right answer to the position of Albanians in the Presevo Valley.
