Russian President Vladimir Putin will surely bring a message that will encourage all Serbs in Kosovo, Serbian Minister of Innovation and Technological Development Nenad Popovic said.
He says Poutin certainly means that Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia for Russia and will continue to support UN Security Council Resolution 1244.
“I am sure that very important political issues will be opened to continue dialogue, because Serbia is for dialogue. Russia has already expressed its readiness several times, if there is a change in the format of dialogue and should come after the Brussels Agreement failed,” Popovic told Tanjug.
