Serbian media have reported today on reactions following Palau President Thomas Remengensau's visit to Belgrade yesterday. With what cases has it also attracted recognition of Kosovo's citizenship.
B92 has quoted Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli as saying Serbia is corrupting states that are attracting Kosovo's recognition with money and gun support.
What I've learned is that some small and poor states have fallen prey to such promises”, Pacolli was quoted as saying about the stable “Bota Sot”, by B92.
This Serbian medium says Pacolli's statement comes only a day after the withdrawal of Palau's recognition. The 13th consecutive state that has drawn recognition of Kosovo's independence. This is done by Madagascar, Solomon Islands, Lesotho, Suriname, Grenada, Comoros, Burundi, Dominica, Sao Tome and Príncipe, Liberia, Guinea-Bissau, and Papua New Guinea.
Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has told Belgrade's Blitz that neither “itself Sherlock Homes could not have known how many states actually know Kosovo as truly”.
Some states have not made such decisions”, Dacic said. Warning that he is in talks with an Oman diplomat because there have been statements this state has recognised Kosovo, but the foreign minister there says otherwise.
He also said that Nigeria and Uganda never knew him, although the official Pristina “48x1> says otherwise. / Translate: Periscope
