Serbian historian Milan Protic is claiming to have helped commissionor Dick Marty draft his report, which accuses former heads of the Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK) of illegal trafficking of Serb organs.

In a television show, historian Protic, who was Serbia's ambassador to Switzerland, says he contacted Dick Marty himself during the time he was working on his alleged crimes investigations against former KLA federations.

I have understood from our war crimes prosecutor that the evidence that we possess about what happened in northern Albania is reliable and strong, and for that reason I have decided separately to meet Dicky Martin, I have met and continued working with him. Marty's a very difficult person to work with, say Protic.

He says he's behind duty that the information he owns has been passed on to Dick Marty, among other things, he says he personally had no material evidence.

My “was to try to get this documentation to Dicky Marty to help him get to the contact between the Serbian prosecution and Dick Marty at the end, thanks to the hard work of the prosecutor and police investigators. Dick Marty accepted the documentation and, based on it, drafted the documentation, he personally had no material evidence at all”, Protic added.
