In his profession, Brown spent some of his life developing and investigating nuclear weapons, and then he committed himself to controlling that kind of weapons.
“Harold Brown understood them, perhaps better than all the secretaries before him, technological complications and the extraordinary risk of modern combat”, the analytical centre communicated.
He passed away in his California home from cancer to pancreas.
