The contracting procedure has been confidential, writes Koha Ditore today.
At the Ministry of Justice, they have confirmed that 466,309.41 euros have been spent on implementing a Government decision and on taking legal advice on the form of addressing Kosovo's obligations to Specialised Chambers and the Special Prosecutor's Office, this official's appointment to the Special Court.
