Remzi Shala, wanted by the Special, does not appear at the trial session (Video)

Only two more sessions separated Remzi Shala from the court's ruling on war crimes charges.

But, as expected, Shala has not appeared at the Prizren Foundation Court, and thus has been unable to hold the session, KTV reports.

Shala's whereabouts don't even know his protector, Natal Bulaaj, for which the judge announced the case, as well as the Court of Lawyers' decision to boycott.

The court, in the absence of conditions, has cancelled the upcoming session scheduled for Friday.

Without Shala's presence secured, the next session will not be scheduled.

But for one of the witnesses of this process, the trial has been a waste of time.

Shala, currently accused by the Special Prosecutor as involved in the kidnapping of Haxhi Pertesh, who was later found dead.

Former soldier of The KLA, Remzi Shala, is invited to be presented on January 17th in The Hague by the Specialised Prosecutor.

Since receiving this invitation, Shala has escaped, saying she does not recognise the Special Court institution and will not volunteer for an interview. /Time.net
