Rare cases of surgery at QKUK: Saving Pregnant's Life

It was one of the usual custody nights at the CKKUK Gynecology Clinic when gynecologists Flora Belegg and Memli Morina were called from Emergency to accept a very complicated case. A pregnant woman in the fifth month was suspected by doctors in Pec for having a blind intestine problem, since [...]
A pregnant woman in the fifth month had been suspected by doctors in Pec that she had a blind intestine problem, as the patient's surgery has been rushed to Pristina.
It had happened to her that medicine recognises as the propalacenta percreta percreta or the crossing of the placenta deep into the uterus wall.
“After the opening of the abdomen has been noted large amounts of blood on abdominal cavirals and the team of gynecologists has been called. Since I've been the guardian, I've gone to Emergency Emergency in exploring abdominal capacity, we've noticed that he's got the placenta back, he's got massive bloodshed. We've been forced to open the womb and come up with fruit in the week 20, which unfortunately has not given signs of life. After we removed the placenta because of the bleeding we were forced to remove the womb for the patient's life”, said Dr. Flora Beleg.
According to the doctor, the patient was young and fortunately she already had several children, so the removal of the womb has been acceptable because of great complications.
I've been working in gynecology for 34 years in July, and this is the second time I've seen it with such placenta. Seven years ago it was another case, but unlike this case it came directly to gynecology, and in this case we're headed to remove the womb to save Mother's life”, indicates Dr. Belegg.
The other steward, Memli Morina, says that this case is part of the Aʹkateria of very urgent cases, which should be treated immediately because it is life or death of the patient.
“Plathera is an organ that supplies nutrients to the fruit it must climb to the womb but not penetrate the depths. There are three steps of insight, and the patient has had it to the most extreme degree where the placenta is out of the cervix. The intervention has been inevitable”, indicates Dr. Morina.
He says the patient in question had some births earlier, and they were all performed with Caesaric cuts.
Complication like this is very rare, but the doctor says it happens mainly in women who have performed birth surgery.
It is more difficult for the placenta to penetrate, for this reason it is considered that women with pre - cesarean birth cuts are more predisposed to have such problems. Without trying to cause panic in women who are born with surgery but cesarean cuts one of the possible complications have the placenta corresponding to the placenta, which means the placenta has penetrated the uterus wall”, explains Dr. Memli Morina for KALLXO.com.
