The head of the Assembly at the meeting held yesterday has made the decision Saturday to hold the plenary House session, where the budget for 2019 is expected to be voted.

One of the five requirements PSD has introduced to the Kosovo government as a condition to vote on the budget is the dismissal of Agriculture Minister Nenad Ricalo.
Although it was reported in the media today that Ricalo is expected to be downloaded this Saturday in order to pave the way for the budget vote, such a thing is still not official, even though there is still no government announcement of this dismissal.
And in the PSD, they are determined that without meeting the conditions they have decided on, the ruling coalition will not have their votes for passing the budget at Saturday's session.
That's what it's been saying about Telegrafi, PSD deputy Albanian Pantina.
“The PSD will not vote on the budget until our terms are met, not only for Rikallos' dismissal, but also other conditions that are already public”, Pantina said.
The Dialogue Law, the dismissal of Minister Nenad Ricalo, the law on salaries, the Law on Government and the draft of the Kosovo pension code are the conditions set by Shpend Ahmeti's party to vote on the draft budget of 2019.
Even by the Democratic League of Kosovo, they have stated that the deputies of this subject will not vote on the budget.
“The LDK has its reserves and remarks on the budget. We don't believe this budget brings development to the country, so we won't be part of it. Let the coalition's case remain”, LDK deputy Arba Abashi has declared for public television last night.
Meanwhile, Finance Minister Bedri Hamza has said that if the budget is not voted, then on February 1st civil servants, pensioners cannot receive salaries and pensions.
