The accident occurred at “airport Feth” of Karaj City, about 25 miles [40 km] west of Tehran. The Iranian Army has announced that only one person was found alive and sent to the hospital to be treated.
Local media have reported that the crashed plane was transporting meat from the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek. It is not clear which company owned by it was the plane.
A civil aviation spokesman in Iran has said the plane belonged to Kyrgyzstan, while at Kyrgyzstan airport they said it belonged to an Iranian company, writes “BBC” Transmission Express.
