Seeing that the phenomenon of theft and robbery is growing trend in Kosovo, often the leaders of these works can offer you for sale these items that could have benefited by various criminal acts.
However, their purchase is a work that is sanctioned by prison according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The new Penal Code, which is expected to go into effect, envisions prison sentences of up to four years for every citizen who buys, accepts, hides or otherwise provides the item for which I know has been dealt with by some criminal offense.
So if you're offered anything like this that's suspected of taking advantage of a criminal offense, you do well to inform law enforcement agencies, because if you buy them or accept them, you risk being sentenced to four years in prison.
Anyone who buys, accepts, hides, or in some other way provides, or hides, the item or property that he knows has been benefited by committing a criminal act, is sentenced to imprisonment of (1) to four (4) years.
Anyone who buys, accepts, hides, or in some other way provides or hides the item or property for which he could know that he has been taken advantage of by committing a crime is sentenced to prison for (1) years.
-If anything or wealth is worth less than $10,000 (1,000) Euro, the chief is sentenced to jail time of three (3) months to three (3) years
